webfaCe Bookings puts real availability on your website
webfaCe Bookings is a scheduling application: a business connects its Google Calendar once, and visitors to its website see live availability, pick a time, and receive a confirmed Google Calendar invitation with a Google Meet link — no back-and-forth email.
What webfaCe Bookings does
webfaCe Bookings exists for one purpose: to let a business take meeting bookings on its own website directly against its Google Calendar. When a business owner connects their Google account, the application:
- Reads busy/free status of the connected calendars to compute open booking slots — time intervals only, never the content of existing events.
- Creates booking events on the connected calendar when a visitor books — with the guest added as an attendee and a Google Meet link generated automatically — and updates or deletes those same events when a booking is rescheduled or cancelled.
- Displays the connected account's email address so the business can see which Google account its booking page is linked to.
That is the full extent of the application's access to Google user data. Details are in our Privacy Policy, including our compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
